Requirements

Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Virginia, or an AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Virginia.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Passion for hearing healthcare and educating patients.
Commitment to patient-centered care and values of integrity, honesty, and respect.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of dispensing or fitting experience.
A strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitative services and fit and dispense hearing instruments and/or accessories to support a successful patient journey.
Educate patients about hearing healthcare and participate in community involvement.
Conduct community outreach, including calling on physicians for referrals.
