About The Position

Beltone is hiring a licensed Hearing Care Professional in Lehighton, Pennsylvania. The role provides hearing healthcare services and an exceptional patient experience in a collaborative environment where patient needs come first. The professional administers hearing evaluations, recommends rehabilitative services, and fits and dispenses hearing instruments and accessories. The role also involves educating patients about hearing healthcare and participating in the community, while delivering Beltone’s Belcare promise through its Nationwide Network of Care.

Requirements

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Pennsylvania, or an AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Pennsylvania.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Value integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of dispensing or fitting experience.
• A strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
