About The Position
Beltone is hiring a Hearing Care Professional or Hearing Care Trainee in Hernando, Mississippi. The role focuses on delivering hearing healthcare and an exceptional patient experience. Requirements
- Current Mississippi license to dispense hearing instruments, or an AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Mississippi, or interest in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist and an associate degree.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Value integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of dispensing or fitting experience.
- A strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize, and comfortable working alone.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitative services and fit and dispense hearing instruments and/or accessories to support a successful patient journey.
- Educate patients about hearing healthcare and participate in community involvement.
- Conduct community outreach, including contacting physicians for referrals.
- Deliver Beltone’s Belcare promise through its nationwide network of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff, and uphold integrity, honesty, and respect.
