About The Position
Beltone is seeking a Hearing Care Trainee in Cedarburg and West Bend, Wisconsin, interested in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Self-motivated, organized, and decisive.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of office experience preferred.
- Two years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Recommend rehabilitative services and fit and dispense hearing instruments and/or accessories to support a successful patient journey.
- Educate patients about hearing healthcare and participate in community involvement.
- Conduct community outreach, including contacting physicians for referrals.
- Deliver the Belcare promise, Beltone’s exclusive Nationwide Network of Care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff while demonstrating integrity, honesty, and respect.
