Hearing Care Professional
About The Position
Beltone is seeking a Hearing Care Professional to provide hearing healthcare services in Cedarburg and West Bend, Wisconsin. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional patient experience, with patient needs first, in a collaborative and empowering work environment. The professional administers hearing evaluations, recommends rehabilitative services, and fits and dispenses hearing instruments and accessories to support successful patient outcomes. The role also involves educating patients about hearing healthcare and participating in the community while upholding Beltone’s Belcare promise, its Nationwide Network of Care.
Requirements
- Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Wisconsin, or an AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Wisconsin.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Value integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of dispensing or fitting experience.
- A strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
