About The Position
Beltone is hiring a Hearing Care Professional/Medical Device Sales Professional in Albert Lea, Minnesota. The role promotes and sells hearing devices and related products and services, engaging directly with patients to understand their hearing needs and provide suitable hearing solutions. The professional educates patients about hearing loss and available technology, provides follow-up support, and helps expand Beltone’s reach while making a positive impact on patients’ lives. The position is suited to a motivated, performance-driven person with a growth mindset and a passion for helping people. Beltone describes its workplace as collaborative and empowering, with patient needs coming first. Training is available for someone interested in becoming a Hearing Instrument Specialist. The stated base salary range is $45,000–$60,000, plus commission opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Ability to travel within the area.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Passion for helping people and making a positive impact on their lives.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Zero to two years of sales experience; experience in medical devices or healthcare is a plus but not required.
- Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist, or interest in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell hearing care products, services, and hearing devices.
- Educate patients about their individual hearing loss and available hearing technology.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up support to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Travel within the area, visit clinics, and meet with patients.
