Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales experience; medical device or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist, or interest in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell hearing care products, services, and hearing devices.
• Educate patients about their individual hearing loss and available hearing technology.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up support to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Travel across the area to visit clinics and meet with patients.
