About The Position
Beltone New England is seeking an experienced, relationship-focused sales professional for its growing Manchester, Connecticut office. The role combines sales expertise with patient care, helping people improve their hearing while building lasting relationships and a local professional practice. Candidates without hearing-industry experience are welcome; comprehensive paid training and ongoing support are provided. Unlicensed sales professionals must attend a three-week training program.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in automotive, phone, mattress, medical, or other consultative sales is welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing evaluations using advanced technology.
- Consult with patients to identify their hearing needs and recommend personalized solutions.
- Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids.
- Provide follow-up care and build lasting patient relationships.
- Grow the practice through referrals, networking, and outstanding customer service.
