About The Position

Medical Solutions is hiring a Healthcare Sales Recruiter to build relationships with healthcare professionals across the country and guide clinicians through career opportunities. The role involves developing and managing a candidate pipeline, partnering with internal teams, and maintaining relationships with clinicians throughout their careers. It is a fast-paced, performance-driven position with opportunities to build a book of business and earn uncapped commission. Recruiter Academy training, hands-on coaching, mentorship, and ongoing development are provided. Healthcare staffing experience is not required.
