About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an in-house Healthcare Recruiter for its Springfield, Missouri team. The recruiter will find, engage, and hire caregivers and clinicians who provide home care. This fast-paced role emphasizes relationship-building, candidate experience, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on hiring. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and compensation is $18–$21 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong communication, phone, and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and a “let’s figure it out” mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Recruiting experience is preferred.
• Healthcare, staffing, or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and creative outreach.
• Screen applicants and identify candidates who are a good fit.
• Build relationships and provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Conduct outreach, follow up, and keep candidates moving through the hiring process.
• Attend hiring events and represent Phoenix in the community.
• Partner with recruiters and leaders to improve hiring strategies.
• Help make Phoenix a place where great people want to work.
