About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an in-house Healthcare Recruiter for its Springfield, Missouri team. The recruiter will find, engage, and hire caregivers and clinicians who provide home care. This is a fast-paced, relationship-focused role where the recruiter’s results contribute to hiring and the organization’s care services.
Requirements
- Strong communication, phone, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and a “let’s figure it out” mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Recruiting experience is preferred.
- Healthcare, staffing, or sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and creative outreach.
- Screen applicants and identify suitable candidates.
- Build relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Conduct outreach, follow up, and move candidates through the hiring process.
- Attend hiring events and represent Phoenix in the community.
- Partner with recruiters and leaders to improve hiring strategies.
- Help make Phoenix a place where great people want to work.
