Responsibilities

Perform quarterly resident assessments.
Organize and lead quarterly care conferences with families to support tailored service delivery.
Screen, hire, train, and supervise Medication Technicians and Caregivers.
Manage staff scheduling and handle call-outs.
Coach staff and provide annual state-required training.
Lead the community’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program.
Conduct routine audits of medication administration, documentation, and resident weights.
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal senior-care guidelines.
Manage resident engagement activities and serve as a liaison between families, medical professionals, and management.
