About the position
We are seeking a sales leader to join our team and help us scale upmarket and drive product adoption. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and developing a world-class enterprise sales team, meeting customer and revenue targets, and continuing to build our brand. This role requires passion, drive, and impeccable business acumen to help scale our industry-changing company. You will have the opportunity to shape our product roadmap, drive repeatable growth, and be a thought leader within our organization. Additionally, you will play a key role in team building, hiring, training, and coaching the BDR and AE teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver meaningful YoY ARR and volume growth by expanding mid-market and enterprise customer sets
- Drive repeatable growth by building an efficient and scalable enterprise sales motion and sales processes
- Help shape the product roadmap and communicate learnings from the field to the organization
- Develop strong opinions on strengths and weaknesses and support a culture of customer centricity
- Own sales metrics and deliver sales execution plans, including revenue forecasts, headcount planning, and operating costs
- Help hire, train, and coach the BDR and AE teams, including outreach, ABM, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Partner with marketing to drive customer target
Requirements
