Head of Sales

We are seeking a sales leader to join our team and help us scale upmarket. This individual will be responsible for driving product adoption, building and developing an enterprise sales team, meeting customer and revenue targets, and further establishing the Lithic brand. The ideal candidate will possess passion, humility, drive, maturity, and impeccable business acumen. As the Head of Sales, they will play a crucial role in our leadership team and report directly to the CEO. • Deliver meaningful YoY ARR and volume growth by expanding mid-market and enterprise customer sets
• Drive repeatable growth by building an efficient and scalable enterprise sales motion and sales processes
• Help shape the product roadmap and communicate field learnings to the organization
• Develop strong opinions on strengths and weaknesses and support a culture of customer centricity
• Own sales metrics and deliver sales execution plans, including revenue forecasts, headcount planning, and operating costs
• Help hire, train, and coach the BDR and AE teams, including outreach, ABM, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing
• Partner with marketing to drive customer target
