Quality Analyst

Lithic is hiring a Quality Analyst to join their team. The role will primarily focus on conducting financial reviews of customer transactional activity to identify potential money laundering risks. The Quality Analyst will work closely with the Compliance Team Lead and provide support to other members of the compliance team. It is essential for the candidate to have a strong understanding of current AML risks and typologies.

• Conduct financial reviews of customer transactional activity for potentially suspicious activity related to money laundering risks
• Escalate any appropriate findings to the Compliance Team Lead
• Support and assist other members of the compliance team in transaction monitoring-related inquiries
• Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of current AML Risks/Typologies
