About The Position
JustWatch is seeking a Head of Agency Partnerships to build and lead JustWatch TV’s agency partnership business in the US. The role owns the agency investment strategy and combines senior relationship development with hands-on negotiation of major commercial agreements with leading media agencies. The focus is on annual Upfront commitments, long-term trading partnerships, and agency-level investment rather than individual campaign sales. This commercial leadership role will establish JustWatch TV as a strategic advertising partner for agencies representing brands outside the entertainment industry and build a scalable partnerships business. The position will drive agency-level revenue growth, increase JustWatch TV’s share of advertising investment from non-entertainment brands, own partnership revenue goals and commercial forecasting, and develop the partnerships function as the business scales.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in agency partnerships, media sales, or CTV and digital video advertising, with significant commercial responsibility.
- A strong network of senior agency investment and trading leaders across major media agencies.
- A proven track record of personally negotiating large-scale Upfront agreements and strategic advertising commitments.
- Strong commercial leadership, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to build a business while remaining hands-on in major negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute JustWatch TV’s agency partnership strategy.
- Build senior relationships across major media agency holding companies and independent agencies.
- Personally lead negotiations for major Upfront agreements, joint business plans, and long-term agency investment commitments.
- Drive agency-level revenue growth and increase JustWatch TV’s share of advertising investment from non-entertainment brands.
- Own agency partnership revenue goals and commercial forecasting.
- Develop the partnerships function as the business scales.
