About The Position

JustWatch is hiring a Director, Agency Partnerships (US) to build relationships with leading media agencies and secure strategic advertising investment for JustWatch TV. The role is based in New York or Los Angeles and focuses on agency-level commercial partnerships rather than selling individual advertising campaigns. The Director will work with agency investment and trading teams to negotiate annual Upfront agreements, joint business plans, and advertising commitments that bring new budgets to JustWatch TV.

This is a senior, hands-on position for someone with an established agency network who can position JustWatch TV as a compelling streaming advertising partner for brands outside the entertainment industry. The role offers ownership of commercial growth and an opportunity to help shape how brands advertise on JustWatch TV.

Requirements

• Strong experience in agency partnerships, media sales, or CTV and digital video advertising.
• An established network of senior agency investment and trading decision-makers.
• Proven experience negotiating significant agency-level advertising agreements, ideally including annual Upfront commitments.
• Strong commercial instincts, knowledge of the streaming advertising landscape, and the ability to build partnerships from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with major and independent media agency groups and their investment and trading teams.
• Negotiate annual Upfront agreements, joint business plans, and strategic advertising commitments to secure agency investment in JustWatch TV.
• Grow JustWatch TV's share of agency advertising budgets, focusing on non-entertainment brands across automotive, FMCG, retail, finance, and other categories.
• Develop agency-specific growth plans, manage the commercial pipeline, and deliver against partnership revenue targets.
