Partnerships Lead, US

Workwize•New York, NY
•$190,000 - $280,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Workwize is hiring its first Partnerships Lead in the US to build the US partner channel from the ground up. The role focuses on managed service providers (MSPs) and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), with VARs, EOR, HRIS, and ITSM partners as additional avenues. The Partnerships Lead owns partner-sourced pipeline end to end, from initial conversations through referral or reseller agreements to partner activation, and carries a direct ARR target. The role starts as an individual contributor, taking over live US partner conversations and working closely with the EMEA Partnerships Lead to establish a shared regional playbook. The first 90-day objectives are to audit existing US partner conversations, launch outreach, build and rank a target list, establish qualified pipeline in HubSpot, progress initial agreements, and activate at least three signed US partners with partner-sourced opportunities. Strong performance offers a path to Head of Partnerships. Workwize provides an automated SaaS platform that helps IT teams equip remote and global workforces with IT equipment, including hardware deployment, management, and retrieval, with deliveries in more than 100 countries. The company reports 50,000 users and 120,000 devices under management.

  • Experience managing partner pipeline in a CRM, ideally HubSpot.
  • Based in or near New York and able to support a hybrid way of working from the New York office and home.
