About The Position

NTT DATA Services is seeking an HC & Insurance Operations Senior Representative to support Centene’s Enrollment & Billing (EMB) back-office activities for the Medicaid line of business. The role focuses on maintaining the integrity of member enrollment records and state remittance files, supporting eligibility processing, resolving data issues, and meeting client, regulatory, and departmental quality and production standards. This position is listed as permanent remote in the US.

Requirements

• Ability to work a scheduled 40-hour week across five days, with shifts scheduled within Sunday–Saturday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST availability.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good logical thinking ability.
• Good English comprehension and written skills.
• Exposure to MS Office.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files transmitted from the state.
• Provide timely, efficient support for the eligibility load process and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Research and correct errors in membership and primary care physician data output.
• Generate internal reports and analyses as needed.
• Enter daily eligibility data, including new enrollees, changes, and cancellations.
• Research member and subscriber information to resolve problems and disputes.
• Maintain quality and production standards established by client partners, state regulations, and departmental policies and procedures.
• Complete queued volumes within specified turnaround times.
