About The Position

NTT DATA Services seeks a BPO Senior Representative to support Centene’s Medicaid line of business with Enrollment & Billing back-office activities. The role focuses on eligibility and accounting operations, including maintaining accurate member enrollment records and processing data received from the state. The position is listed as permanent remote in the United States. Work is scheduled for 40 hours across five days, with shift availability between Sunday and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time. Shift timings may change based on client requirements, and overtime, holiday, and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within the Sunday–Saturday, 7 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time availability window, for 40 hours over five working days.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good logical-thinking ability.
• Good English comprehension and written skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft Office.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files transmitted from the state.
• Support the eligibility load process in a timely and efficient manner, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
• Research and correct errors in membership and primary care physician data output.
• Generate internal reports and analyses as needed.
• Enter daily eligibility data, including new enrollees, changes, and cancellations.
• Research member and subscriber information to resolve problems and disputes.
• Maintain quality and production standards established by client partners, state regulations, and department policies and procedures.
• Complete queued work within specified turnaround times.
