About The Position
Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is hiring a Hanger/Textiles team member to sort, inspect, hang, and tag clothing for retail. The role suits someone who is goal-oriented, detail-focused, organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to meet production goals. Clothing must be checked consistently for defects and meet Goodwill’s quality standards. Hanging and tagging require focused, efficient work. Team members maintain a safe, neat, and efficient work area. The position may include cross-training in cash register operations and receiving, pricing, and stocking donations. Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds. Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Pay is $15; the posting does not specify the pay period.
