About The Position
Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is hiring a Clothing Hanger/Inspector to sort, inspect, hang, and tag clothing while meeting production goals and maintaining quality standards. The role requires someone who works independently, stays organized and dependable, focuses amid distractions, and helps maintain a safe, neat, efficient work area. The position may include cross-training in cash register operation and receiving, pricing, and stocking donations. Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and remain organized and dependable.
- Ability to meet production goals.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify clothing defects.
- Ability to focus and work efficiently despite distractions.
- Availability to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Production or similar experience preferred.
