About The Position
Clothing Hangers/Inspectors sort, hang, and tag clothing while meeting production goals and Goodwill’s quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, organization, dependability, and the ability to work independently and efficiently while avoiding distractions. Employees maintain a safe, neat, and efficient work area. The position may include cross-training in cash register operations and receiving, pricing, and stocking donations. Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds. Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently, stay organized and dependable, and meet production goals.
- Attention to detail and ability to consistently identify clothing defects.
- Ability to focus, avoid distractions, and work efficiently and quickly.
- Availability to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Production or similar experience preferred.
