Hallmark•Eddystone, PA
•Onsite

About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser, you will independently service Hallmark departments in assigned retail stores, using organization and time-management skills to maintain product displays and inventory and build relationships with store teams. You will work with store employees to optimize product placement, and may support other team members with seasonal resets and installations. On occasion, you may also work with other companies’ products in the stores you service. The role includes day-to-day merchandising, additional holiday support, and periodic department resets. You will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, use a Hallmark-provided mobile device for work and communication, and interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers. Seasonal demand may bring additional workdays and extended hours, while resets may involve fixture installation, relocating departments and products, and resetting card sections. This is a physically demanding role performed on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms. Merchandisers must regularly handle cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures, and may need to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or step ladders. Starting pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Hallmark provides paid, hands-on and virtual training. Part-time employees may have access to voluntary benefits, and eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
