About The Position

The Hallmark Merchandiser works independently in assigned retail stores to showcase Hallmark products, maintain inventory, optimize product placement, and build relationships with store teams. Merchandisers serve as the face of Hallmark and may occasionally work with other companies’ products in the stores they service. The role includes day-to-day restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products using a Hallmark-provided mobile device. Technology is also used to communicate with a supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required activity surveys. Merchandisers are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at their assigned stores and interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers. These team assignments may involve building or installing fixtures, moving card departments and products, and resetting card sections. Remodel assignments are typically communicated two weeks in advance. The position involves working on sales floors and in back stockrooms and has significant physical demands.
