About The Position

Drybar Minnesota (Edina and Wayzata) is seeking a Hair stylist Educator / Trainer who is passionate about hair stylist training and who gives a killer blowout. This role offers the opportunity to join a fun and supportive team that enjoys learning from each other. As an educator / trainer leader in our shop, you will be responsible for training and developing hair stylists, with a focus on blowouts, braids, and updos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a passion for education and fostering a positive learning environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a hairstylist with a strong emphasis in styling and blowouts OR 1 year as a cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry (hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
• Supportive team player.
• Proven track record of stellar customer service and sales.
• Ability to pivot easily and multitask with ease.
