About The Position
Drybar Doylestown is seeking a passionate Stylist Educator/Trainer to join their management team. This role involves building and training a team of stylists to deliver blowouts and create a positive atmosphere. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who enjoys teaching and styling.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer/educator in a salon, barber shop, or spa environment (preferred).
- Current and valid state Cosmetology Educator license.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proven track record of stellar customer service.
- Ability to pivot easily with finesse in difficult moments.
Responsibilities
- Build and train a talented group of stylists.
- Provide blowout, braid, and updo training.
- Foster a positive, learning-oriented culture for growth and development.
- Communicate effectively to achieve desired results and find solutions.
- Deliver stellar customer service.
- Multi-task with ease and pivot with finesse.
Benefits
- Pay ranges from $15.97 - $30.00
