About The Position
Drybar Doylestown is looking for a passionate Stylist Educator/Trainer to join their management team. This role involves building and training a talented group of stylists to provide blowouts and create a positive atmosphere. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who enjoys teaching and styling.
Requirements
- Preferred minimum of 2 years experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment.
- Holds a current and valid state Cosmetology Educator license.
- Possesses exceptional organizational skills.
- Proven track record of stellar customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively in all situations.
- Ability to pivot easily with finesse and multi-task with ease.
