Cosmetologist / Hair Stylist Educator / Trainer
About The Position
Drybar Waco is seeking an energetic, hands-on Hair Stylist Educator to help build an exceptional culture, develop talent, and elevate the guest experience. This role involves leading onboarding and technical training, teaching Drybar styling techniques, service standards, and speed optimization. The Educator will coach stylists on blowouts, braids, updos, finishing techniques, and guest interaction skills, providing hands-on mentoring and performance feedback. They will foster a positive, high-performing team culture, motivate and support stylist growth, and partner with leadership on retention and performance development. Additionally, the role includes delivering exceptional Drybar-level guest service and supporting retail education and revenue growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Texas Licensed Cosmetologist.
- Experienced stylist with educator, trainer, or leadership experience (preferred with minimum of 1 year experience).
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to foster a positive, learning-oriented culture for growth and development.
- Able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all.
- Passionate about coaching and helping others succeed.
- Has a proven track record of stellar customer service - customers love you!
- Can pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments - Multi-task with ease.
Responsibilities
