Drybar Waco is seeking a passionate and energetic Hair Stylist Educator to join their team. This role involves building an exceptional culture, developing talent, and elevating the guest experience through training and motivation. The ideal candidate loves teaching, inspiring stylists, and creating a positive environment.

Requirements

Texas Licensed Cosmetologist.
Experienced stylist with educator, trainer, or leadership experience (preferred with minimum of 1 year experience).
Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to foster a positive, learning-oriented culture for growth and development.
Able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all.
Passionate about coaching and helping others succeed.
Has a proven track record of stellar customer service - customers love you!
Can pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments - Multi-task with ease.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and technical training to new stylists.
Teach Drybar styling techniques, service standards, and speed optimization.
Coach blowouts, braids, updos, finishing techniques, and guest interaction skills.
Provide hands-on mentoring and performance feedback.
Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
Motivate, encourage, and support stylist' growth.
Partner with leadership on retention, coaching, and performance development.
Deliver exceptional Drybar-level guest service.
Support retail education and revenue growth initiatives.
