About The Position
As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist with maintaining specific store inventory. You will help build and grow the business by delivering a great customer experience and quality work. Successful Repair Technicians are customer-focused, approachable, knowledgeable, and committed to helping customers. They take initiative to identify and resolve issues, learn about products and store operations, and develop their skills. They are also able to work through Guitar Center’s certification program to build a foundation in products and sales techniques, and effectively train and communicate techniques to others.
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
