About The Position
As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and assist with maintaining specific store inventory. You will help build and grow the business through a positive customer experience and high-quality work. Guitar Center seeks technicians who are customer-focused, approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers. Successful technicians take initiative, learn quickly, develop knowledge of products and store operations, and communicate effectively when training others. Employees work through Guitar Center’s certification program to develop a base understanding of products and sales techniques.

- Skilled understanding of guitar repair.

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
