About The Position

The Guitar Technician (Luthier), also described as a Repair Technician (Guitar), performs maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and helps maintain specific store inventory. The role supports business growth by providing a positive customer experience and high-quality repair work.

Successful technicians focus on customers, take initiative to identify and resolve opportunities or issues, develop product and sales knowledge through Guitar Center’s certification program, and effectively train and communicate techniques to learners.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
