About The Position
As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and help maintain specific store inventory. You will contribute to the growth of the business by providing a positive customer experience and high-quality work. The role involves serving customers, repairing guitars, maintaining store-owned gear as requested, and completing warranty repairs. Successful technicians demonstrate customer focus, initiative, willingness to learn product and sales knowledge, and the ability to train and communicate techniques effectively.
