About The Position
As a Guitar Technician (Luthier), you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and help maintain specific store inventory. The role focuses on delivering high-quality craftsmanship and a positive customer experience while helping build and grow the business. You will interact with customers, service their instruments, maintain store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repairs. The position also involves developing product and sales knowledge through Guitar Center’s certification program and may include training learners and handling customer service issues.
