About The Position
Guitar Center is seeking a Guitar Technician (Luthier) to perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and help maintain specified store inventory. The role supports business growth through quality work and a positive customer experience. Successful technicians demonstrate customer focus, initiative, a willingness to develop product and sales knowledge through the Guitar Center certification program, and the ability to train learners and communicate techniques effectively. The technician interacts with customers, services instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, maintains store-owned gear as requested, and completes warranty repairs.
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
