About The Position
The Guitar Technician (Luthier), also described as a Repair Technician (Guitar), performs maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and helps maintain specific store inventory. The role supports business growth by delivering a positive customer experience and high-quality repair work. Successful technicians demonstrate customer focus, initiative, willingness to develop product and sales knowledge through Guitar Center’s certification program, and the ability to train and communicate techniques effectively.

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
