About The Position
Guitar Center seeks a Guitar Technician (Luthier) to provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and help maintain designated store inventory. The role contributes to building business through a strong customer experience and high-quality work. Successful technicians demonstrate customer focus, initiative, a willingness to develop product, store operations, sales, and leadership knowledge, and the ability to train and communicate techniques effectively. Technicians are expected to work through Guitar Center’s certification program to build a foundational understanding of products and sales techniques.

- Skilled understanding of guitar repair.

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
