About The Position

As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist with maintenance of specific store inventory. You will help build and grow the business through a positive customer experience and quality work. The role calls for customer focus, initiative, a willingness to develop product, store operations, sales, and leadership knowledge, and the ability to train learners effectively. Employees who are musicians may use gig leave to take time off for a tour and return to their job afterward.

Requirements

Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
Complete warranty repair work.
Take on additional duties as assigned.
