About The Position

As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist with maintaining specific store inventory. You will help build and grow the business through positive customer experiences and high-quality work. The role involves customer interaction, instrument servicing, maintaining store-owned gear as requested, and completing warranty repairs. Successful technicians demonstrate customer focus, initiative, a willingness to develop product and sales knowledge, and the ability to train and communicate techniques effectively.
