About The Position

Guitar Center is hiring a Guitar Technician (Luthier) to provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and assist with maintaining specific store inventory. The role supports business growth through a positive customer experience and high-quality work. Successful technicians demonstrate customer focus, initiative, an ability to learn products and store operations, and the capacity to train and communicate techniques effectively. The technician will also work through Guitar Center’s certification program to develop a foundation in products and sales techniques.

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
• Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
• Complete warranty repair work.
