About The Position

The Guitar Technician (Luthier), also described as a Repair Technician (Guitar), provides maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and helps maintain specific store inventory. The role supports business growth through quality work and a positive customer experience. The technician interacts with customers, services instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, maintains store-owned gear as requested, and completes warranty repairs. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
