About The Position

Guitar Center is seeking a Repair Technician (Guitar) to perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and help maintain designated store inventory. The role supports business growth through a positive customer experience and high-quality craftsmanship. The technician interacts with customers, completes warranty repairs, and may take on additional duties as assigned. Successful technicians demonstrate customer focus, initiative, a willingness to develop product and sales knowledge, and the ability to train and communicate techniques effectively.
