About The Position

Guitar Center is seeking a Guitar Technician to perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and help maintain specific store inventory. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience and high-quality craftsmanship while helping build the repair business. Technicians interact with customers, complete warranty repairs, and may maintain store-owned gear as requested. Successful technicians demonstrate customer focus, initiative, a willingness to develop product and sales knowledge, and the ability to train and communicate techniques effectively.

Responsibilities
