About The Position
The Guitar Technician (Luthier), also described as a Repair Technician (Guitar), performs maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and helps maintain specified store inventory. The role supports business growth through excellent customer experiences and high-quality work. The technician interacts with customers, completes warranty repairs, and may perform additional duties as assigned. Successful technicians demonstrate customer focus, initiative, a willingness to learn product and store-operation knowledge, selling skills developed through the Guitar Center certification program, and the ability to train others effectively.
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
