About The Position
Guitar Center is hiring a Repair Technician (Guitar) to perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist with maintaining specific store inventory. The role supports business growth through a positive customer experience and high-quality work. Successful technicians provide attentive customer service, take initiative to identify and resolve opportunities or issues, develop product and sales knowledge through Guitar Center’s certification program, and communicate techniques effectively when training others. The position includes servicing customer-owned instruments, maintaining store-owned gear as requested, completing warranty repairs, and performing additional duties as assigned. Guitar Center offers musicians the opportunity to take gig leave to share their music and return to their job after touring.
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
