About The Position

Guitar Center is seeking a Repair Technician (Guitar) to perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and help maintain specific store inventory. The role supports business growth through a positive customer experience and high-quality work. Successful technicians demonstrate customer focus, initiative, an interest in developing product and sales knowledge, and the ability to train and communicate techniques effectively.

The position includes interacting with customers, servicing instruments with craftsmanship, maintaining store-owned gear as requested, and completing warranty repairs. Guitar Center offers musician employees gig leave to take time off for a tour and return to their job afterward.
