About The Position

Guitar Center is seeking a Repair Technician (Guitar) to perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and help maintain specific store inventory. The role supports business growth through a strong customer experience and high-quality workmanship.

Successful technicians demonstrate customer focus, initiative, a willingness to learn product and sales knowledge through Guitar Center’s certification program, and the ability to train learners and communicate techniques effectively. The technician interacts with customers, services instruments with craftsmanship, maintains store-owned gear as requested, completes warranty repairs, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
• Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
