About The Position

Guitar Center is hiring a Guitar Technician (Luthier) to perform maintenance and repairs on customer-owned instruments and help maintain designated store inventory. The role supports business growth by delivering a positive customer experience and high-quality workmanship. Repair Technicians are expected to be customer-focused, take initiative, build product and operational knowledge, and communicate effectively when training others. The technician will also complete warranty repair work and may take on additional duties as assigned.
