About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a part-time Guest Services team member to help create enjoyable experiences for players in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. The role welcomes and assists players with check-in and reservations, explains venue information, gameplay, and promotions, and helps players select golf clubs and equipment. It also involves keeping guest services and retail areas clean, organized, safe, and inviting, and following safety and sanitation standards. Team members are expected to uphold Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring while supporting players and fellow Playmakers.

Requirements

Strong focus on player experience.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy, high-volume environment.
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels.
Comfort with bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and standing for most of the shift, and performing varied active tasks.
Ability to maintain pace and endurance during long shifts and physically demanding tasks.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, providing information they need to begin their visit.
Explain the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to players.
Assist players with golf clubs and equipment.
Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including tidying the retail area and offering helpful guidance and recommendations.
Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant.
Model Topgolf’s values and help provide an exceptional experience for players while supporting fellow Playmakers.
